“Great hotel and amazing room but staff were very unhelpful with other guests partying till 3am in the hallways.”

“Lovely historic building with lots of character. Clean bright bathroom facilities and bonus coffee/tea/cereal/milk provided in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Stayed for a conference at the convention centre, 9 min walk away. Sadly there are many people on the street in distress. While we encountered no issues, going out at night felt too risky. Hotel was great, Hamilton downtown not so much. ”

“While close to many main areas; many homeless and drug users hanging around the property (Tim Horton’s). Room was great as was staff and service. Makes up for the area. I would recommend air fresheners for room since people cook in unit. Lingering smells.”

“Room was quiet and quite clean. The light switches need a good cleaning and the walls need some minor repair and fresh paint. The floors were tiled and were clean. The bathroom had recently been redone with new tiles, toilet, and sink. Front staff were very friendly. Ample parking space between cars, so no chance of getting your car dinged. Flowers planted along sidewalk keeps things pleasant looking. I like their no smoking and no guest policy - keeps things clean and quiet. Will stay……
