“Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.”

“Property was very clean, absolutely adorable, and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Checking in was a breeze and the stay was great! Neighbors let their dogs run free all over the place, we don’t mind because we love dogs but big dogs coming up to you as you get out of your car might deter others who don’t like dogs. ”

“The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The downside is road noise. The smoke alarm chirped all night but that is an easy fix with a new battery, but I couldn’t reach it. 4 stars for the road noise. Nice view of ocean from bedroom windows. ”

“The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. ”
