“We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Violeta! Our room was very clean and Violeta was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks on our large terrace with a view of the sea. Air conditioning was great. Location was very quiet as it was short walk from the busy town of Hvar. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! ”

The owner took personal interest in making sure everything was great, had good recommendations, and the food at the hotel was amazing--the flavours of the tomato/mozzarella salad are still dancing around in my mind! “We enjoyed our stay at Podestine. The staff were friendly. Being near the sea was brilliant. However, I'd advise sea shoes due to sea urchins nearby (our son stepped on one and needed to have them removed). The rooms were okay, but the hotel was a bit dated. But it lived up to the 4-star rating. The bedding could have been better as the duvets/sheets were too small for the beds (no overhang). “I stayed at B&B Dela for two nights during vacation. This is a locally-owned B&B and the family is incredibly welcoming. My partner was feeling unwell on the day of check-in, and they accommodated an early check-in with no problem. Everything is impeccably clean, and the pool area, gym and common area look as if brand new. There is a beautiful beach within 15min walk down the hill / local streets, and the old town cathedral and waterfront area are within another 15min walk down the road. I would……

“Fantastic host who was so welcoming and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble including an early check-in despite being very busy. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and reception including dressing gowns, wine glasses and opener, coffee machine, fridge etc. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room at the requested time. “I recently stayed in the Apartment, Sea View (2) at Apartments Bubalo in Hvar and found it to be a beautiful and genuinely relaxing retreat.
