“不错的酒店”

“We were in is a one-bedroom unit of a large condo complex which appeared to be a mixture of owned and rented units. It is well run but the office is only staffed during the day. There is a communal picnic and pool facilities. Although on the waterfront, it has no ocean swimming or beach. There was a lovely view of the ocean and sunset from our unit. The WiFi was reliable in the bedroom but did not reach throughout the unit. The kitchen equipment and washer/dryer appeared new and worked well.……

“I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.”

“Everything was great we got to check in ourselves we came early and they let us check in early. The service when we had a problem was answered fast through the app. The Kona Bali staff was also very pleasant and very diligent. The only thing was the washer and the ac weren’t working and that would have helped a lot, but they had a laundry room for residents that we were able to use but it did cost money.. keep change on hand or use the app they have which totally saved us. The pool and jacuzzi……

“整體非常好 主人非常友善也很熱情 入住得經驗很好 只是因為GPS無法搜尋到 我們吃完晚餐 非常晚才前往 迷路快1小時才找到, 如一開始能依照指示前往應該就不會那麼難找了.”

“The property itself and location were excellent. The canoe house and family pool were good. The poolside service was inconsistent. Also not sure why they have a “surf shack” with no waves. ”
