“We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. It was disappointing as we wanted a beach holiday. The hotel was lovely, but we probably wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known there were no beach facilities. We had to make our own way down to the……

“The building and services we received was fantastic! There were a few issues around getting our orders right at the restaurant - one suggestion would be for the waiters to read through the order before they head to the kitchen. Other than that the dining experience was fantastic - we weren't able to visit all the restaurants due to some of them being closed. The only other issue we had was the prices of extended services, spa/watersports, on site store, the markups are around 300% and massages……

For example, waiters knowing your drinks & having them brought to your table as you sit down. All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help.
