“Mooi, gerenoveerd gebouw. Moderne kamers. Op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Maar er ontbrak een gordijn op onze kamer (109). Het was dus heel vroeg al licht. We hebben dit na de eerste nacht (op 2/5) aangekaart, maar dit probleem werd niet opgelost (we hebben hier nochtans vijf nachten gelogeerd). Het is ook erg warm op de kamer (de klimaatregeling werkt niet naar behoren). We hadden een toegankelijke kamer geboekt omdat we met een kinderwagen reizen, maar we vonden het zeer onhandig……

“As I know, they provide the rooms in different buildings. The room my friends have stayed was nice. However, the environment of the room I stayed was was humid. The showerpipe was rusted, the bedding sheet was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. On the day we arrived, the flush system of toilet was not working. Unfortunately, it was national holiday and they fixed it one day after. I would say, the service was ok, but based on the price, the room should be better.”

“The apartments are in a great location for both the old town and the Jewish district. Everything is walkable and organised trips pick up within 5 mins walk maximum. The room was spotless, bathroom modern, breakfasts good and the staff were great. On 2 mornings we needed to leave before breakfast started at 7am so they made us breakfast boxes to take with us at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Krakow.”
