“Room safe was broken but we were given a room change. Quiet. Rooms not ‘soundproofed’ as claimed. Easy and cheap access to old town via nearby tram. Cool market with great fruit and vegetable stalls, coffee, and misc things just 50+ meters from hotel. Skip the nearby Aldi, save money, put your cash into the locals pockets and go to the cool market. ”

“Very stylish and new/renovated hotel with an excellent location with easy tram access to old town. The parking garage underneath was super convenient and spacious without having to drive thru the city. Our room had a nice little ”balcony window” with afternoon sunshine while overlooking the jewish memorial site. Room was perfect with ac and fridge. Hotel restaurant’s entrecote was a positive surprise. ”

“Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters.”

“Hotel is located next to River Wisła and right under the Wawel castle. It is so relaxing to walk along the riverside before sunset. The old town and main square are just 10 minutes away (within walking distance). The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and two bottles of water which I think is perfect for me.”

“Made the right choice booking Eden Hotel. I am not a fan of large chain hotels and prefer some history and character. Eden had this. The old Jewish quarter is wonderful and so glad I picked. Family room really large with 3 beds 1 in separate room. Staff nice but out so much did not have lots of interaction.”
