“We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non……

“Really nice rooms, clean and well kept. Someone came everyday to clean them and top up coffee and tea basket and change the towels. In a really nice area easy to get to the main square and overall really nice. ”

“This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying……

“Absolutely perfect in every way. This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. Our apartment was very well appointed and decorated in every nook and cranny. It really felt like you were in an apartment and not just a hotel room. It was very charming and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and the shower had good hot water and excellent……
