“A good hotel in the old town of Krakow. Easy walk for the main tourist area. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but there is a coffee/hot water machine in a lounge area. Breakfast was good, and the place where breakfast is held becomes a separate restaurant later in the day, and it does excellent food.”

“Aparthotel Oberza kan varmt anbefales. Hotellet er meget centralt beliggende og har en yderst charmerende atmosfære. Morgenmaden var rigtig god (ikke buffet men der bestilles fra menukort). Servicen fra de fantastiske medarbejdere var uovertruffen. Hvis vi skal til Krakow igen, vil jeg klart vælge Aparthotel Oberza. ”

“Excellent condition of the rooms and the property in general (one of the cleanest and well renewed I have ever been). From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience ”
