The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for exploring the charm of Krakow. Bed was not comfy, duvet - not sure if it’s too light or heavy and the pillow, there should have been an option if you want more. I know I could have asked for more but I forgot and couldn’t be bothered to call down! Enjoyed our interaction especially with the bar staff… 2 ladies. ”
