“The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come……

“We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate.”

“全世界 Noveltel 中最爛的服務，到 Krakow 的目的主要是來看 Authwizet 集中營，它是波蘭排名第一，也是全歐洲排名前五名的熱門觀光景點。因有參觀人數限制，網站討論區的綱友流傳散客均是透過當地飯店報名，因此在網站六個月預定機'票及此飯店時，即要求此飯店預定，並獲得飯店同意要求將參觀人員資料寄上，後來卻收到來信，必須參加飯店 tour 才能獲得名額，他們沒幫顧客買票或預定的服務，一個月前自己上網才得知自己都可上綱預定， 但因為適逢猶太人的大節日期間，名額己滿，害我'們四人白白花機票飯店從臺灣到此，什麼都沒看到，真是可惡之致，這就是Noveltel 的服務？及波蘭人的冷漠！”

“Las habitaciones limpias, estilo minimalista. El desayuno bufet variado y buenísimo. El personal amable y servicial, una chica hablaba español (para mi una fortuna). Caminando llegas al centro de Cracovia, aunque también hay transporte cerca.”
