“Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning.”

“Excellent 4 night stay at the loft hotel. Staff were brilliant, room was really clean and the location for getting around was perfect. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put some drawer units in the room to put socks / underwear and t shirts as it’s not ideal living out of a suitcase for 4 days. Would we stay there again … Absolutely 👍”

“Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything including laundry, booking tours, and helping me find my train platform and track (ticket was in Polish. One of the best hotel experiences I've had post -covid.”

“We just loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and very helpful. We started off with a cool room on the top floor but the ceiling was slanted/dormered and since my husband is 6'3" that didn't work too well for him and so the next day when there was a room available, the manager had no problem moving us. The location was great and they gave us many great suggestions for dinner. We enjoyed walking through the lovely park across from the hotel to the Main Market Square where there was……
