"Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful."

A hotel like a hell.
"The hotel is not very suitable for the guests need to do laundry as they only have wash machine and no dryer. Also, the heater is broken too, and the reception only works from 8AM to 10PM, the location is also far to city centre, I would strongly recommend to pay a bit higher in krakow to experience ..."
