“Great stay”

“Great location and excellent communication. Only thing not so happy with was having to take rubbish out ourselves. I think it is a bit unreasonable to expect guess to take any rubbish out. Yes, by all means leave the place tidy and rubbish in the apartment bins but to take them out should be role for the cleaners. It is not that we are snubby but with the pressure of a 10:00 am exit plus carrying one's luggage plus checking out in their app plus getting entry to the bin room outside can be……

“房間很大，清潔整齊，交通方便，電車站就在附近。樓下就有2間麵包店，方便買早餐，附近也有兩間超市，方便買日用品。廚房用具齊全，有洗衣乾衣机，也有熨斗。最可惜是沒有冷氣，只有風扇，雖然晚上氣温没有那麼熱，仍可接受，但開窗的話，有很多很多昆蟲飛入屋，我住2樓，面對着馬路，實在很嘈，很難入睡，關窗又很熱啊! 可能冬天入住較為適合。”

“We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response……

“First of all, stay inside the room, it's beautiful and warm. However, you need to enter a construction building. It's kind of weird. When our first day to check in at dusk it's all dark. like an adventure. The gate 24 hours open. even we received a PIN code. we never have a chance to use it. We stayed there for two days. In the first day, we can't find a hairdryer. But to find an iron, a vacuum. :( There's a EUROSPAR supermarket across the road. I would have recommend this apartment when all……
