“Peu ou pas de service. Difficile à joindre le personnel et toujours pas reçu la facture du paiement de la taxe de séjour. Beau logement, mais qui devient moyen devant le manque d’intérêt pour les clients. À éviter pour business. Excellent wifi, mais rien dans le frigo et même pas une bouilloire (alors que l’établissement n’est pas constamment ouvert pour les gens qui bossent. J’espère que c’est mieux pour les touristes..) En tous cas bien trop cher pour la prestation, même en cette saison!!”

“Étape d'une nuit dans notre périple entre amis. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet très rapidement de rejoindre herceg Novi par le front de mer. Promenade très agréable. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Celui du petit déjeuner une horreur. Le monsieur est antipathique il nous a obligé à quitter la table pour pouvoir redresser la table alors qu'il y en avait plein de libre. Le buffet est sans plus. Très agréable rooftop dommage qu'on est attendu 25mn notre coktail alors que nous étions les……

“Başta oteli bulmakta zorlandık hem apartman var hem hotel var ve hotel olan villa royal kapatılmış rezervasyonumuz nereye oldu diye gece endişelenirken hemen yanına başka bir isimde otel yapmışlar ve aşırı temiz kullanışlı resepsiyonist ilgili bize durumu anlatıp odamıza kadar kendi eşlik etti. Splendido oteli kesinlikle herkes gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilir. Tivatta kalınacak çok sık ve temiz bir otel olduğu kesin denize de yürüme mesafesinde aklınızda olsun odalardan minimalist olsa deniz……
