“so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.”

“Great area to stay in especially within walking distance to major attractions like the Petronas Towers. Can be a bit hectic when its busy to get cabs. The property itself was decent and the communication was great however there was a few minor issues. The biggest one being the mould in the bathroom ceiling and having 2 doors between the rooms. The lifts can be confusing as you need to press twice to go to the floor we had to go to. Access to the Suria Shopping Centre was relatively close so not……

“Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……
