“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience.

“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this……

It states on Expedia that there is pool facilities which is why I booked. The day before I received a welcome letter saying you have to pay $25 for pool access that should have been on Expedia warning us ”
