“The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future.”

“가격대비 정말 좋은 곳인거 같다. 프론트 직원들 대우도 좋았고... 음식도 맛있게 잘 먹었다. 화장실에 나오는 물은 폭포같다. 샤워기가 없고 돌..? 에서 나오는 진짜 폭포처럼 물이 나와 너무 재밌는 경험이었다. 주변에 예쁜 폭포가 많아서 좋다. 근데 식당이 딱히 없어서 숙소 안에서 해결해야 함. 한 가지 아쉬운건 수영장 수질이 좋지 못하다 오래 청소를 안한거럼 뿌옇다... 그래도 깊어서 좋았고 수영하고 나서도 피부에 아무런 문제가 없었음”

“Beautiful villa with very much nice bathroom in the outdoor with a nice bathtub. I was afraid of mosquitoes but it didn’t bother us much. Being in the forest makes you feel as you are living in the nature away from the crowd, especially with that outdoor bathroom and bathtub design. Staff are really nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Pande and Mr. Dwi. They were really helpful and attentive. ”

“房間寬敞, 環境優美,有 兩個泳池, 只使用了大的一個, 水質很乾淨. 訂的是小木屋, 面積太少, 但最不方便是浴室需要下樓梯, 因膝蓋有問題, 恐怕半夜上落不便, 所以轉了住 Studio, 工作人員很幫忙.”

“飯店整體：位置在山裡較偏僻。佇立在稻田之中好似世外桃源，景色非常美麗，尤其是日出時分。若在非收割期就更棒了！空間大設備新、品味與氣氛也營造地很好，感受身心寧靜！ 飯店設施：客房免費使用mini bar超棒！洗浴備品就差點。餐點選擇少，幾乎只有雞肉。每間客房隨附一支外出手機可免費撥打當地號碼聯繫十分便利！還有每小時市區接駁車！ 服務品質：預訂飯店時訂不到兩晚同型房，飯店經理知道了主動升級房型省很感激。員工態度十分客氣，但語言能力有限，溝通常常聽不懂... 因為飯店spa被訂滿，就請前台幫忙訂了另一家spa與接送，結果會面地點與飯店告知的不同，原本應可當場聯繫接送人員，但因入住時詢問員工告知飯店手機無法外撥其他號碼(後來才知道可以)，所以當下立即撥回飯店請求協助，接線員工居然雞同鴨講聽不懂英文... @_@" 折騰很久才聯繫上又自行花錢搭車找到spa，嚴重拖延預訂按摩與用餐時間；更扯的是結束後我們提前到達集合地等待飯店末班接駁車，沒想到車子居然不遵守時刻表已經開走！！！打給飯店只叫我們自己想辦法回去......……
