Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”

“酒店比較環保，一次性拖鞋，牙膏，牙刷都無提供，水只係俾咗一大支，唔會refill。水壓好夠，熱水夠熱，但企缸只有一面玻璃門，沖涼時水會流出去馬桶附近。另外酒店早餐都唔錯，自助形式，英式all day breakfast為主，選擇不是太多，但味道不錯。”

“The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony. Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. They know well about the hotel neighbourhood and gave us nice suggestion for mid night supper. ”

“I was having some personal troubles during the stay. Big thanks to all the staff who reached to offer help. Really appreciated. Fast food, cafe, 7-11, supermarkets and even church are all in walkable distance, which is very convenient. Metro and bus station are just next to the hostel. Kitchen is nice, easy to prepare food. ”

“Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving……
