“Excellent location, only a few steps away from the heart of Girokaster but far enough not to hear all the noise/hustle and bustle. Room had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Staff friendly and helpful, arranged taxi for us and driver picked us up from the hotel. Only place in all of our hotels in Albania that provided a kettle. “Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”
