“My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a belated Christmas. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us to have our own beds. The view was amazing when it snowed on one of our days. We will definitely consider visiting again! ”

“We only had one little oops during our weekend stay. The TV in the main living room didn’t work. We called the manger but he didn’t know how to fix it. There was another TV upstairs so we all moved up there but there was no bathroom up there. It was a little hard for two of us to go up and down the stairs. Other than that small inconvenience the property was perfect. Very Clean. ”

It was definitely a savings over booking enough hotel rooms and eating out every meal. Property manager was great and responded quickly to questions. The sparse furnishings and decor coupled with the beautiful high ceilings made every sound and conversation loud. The beds were very comfortable. “My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.”

“Nice central place for our family to meet together. The weather turned cold and a little windy the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the screened in porches much. But we had a great time. We enjoyed watching the barges. We may think about going back when the weather is warmer. Great location! The driveway has a sharpish turn to the right just before the house. In the fall, it was a little hard to see the drive with all the leaves on it. It might be a good idea to put some reflectors……
