“House is close to town easy to walk in a quiet neighborhood. It has comfortable beds and everything is working as it should and it has lots of household items so made it an easy comfortable weekend for 2 families. ”

“This adorable cabin had all the amenities we wanted and a wonderful location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of parking and outdoor space to enjoy, too. ”

“Excellent lake house for small or large groups, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The kitchen, huge deck, multiple grills/smokers, indoor/outdoor entertainment room, etc. were all top notch and provided for multiple areas to entertain and relax. Highly recommend this property!”

“We enjoyed this tiny house during our stay. It’s clean, dog-friendly with a fenced patio and within a 20-30 minute drive to the surrounding popular hiking and nature sight-seeing spots. The town itself is very small and you’ll need to drive a little ways for restaurants and groceries. The mercantile shop directly next door is very cute and a great spot to get coffee, Ice cream and local goods. Would recommend for a family of four (like us) or smaller. ”

“We were there for a fishing tournament. Perfect for what we were there for or a relaxing lake life vacation. Clean private location highly recommend ”

“This was a great experience while in Madisonville for a basketball tournament. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to anything you want to do and only a five minute drive to the highway. The hostess was friendly and communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect. At this price, it was a no brainer versus staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean and large home. Two living areas so kids could watch TV downstairs while adults visited upstairs. Bathrooms upstairs are a bit awkward but very serviceable. We enjoyed the stay. ”

“The property owner was very gracious when we contacted him for questions. The home is spacious and well kept. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching wildlife. Eight deer visited the first night we stayed. We would rent again from this owner. Thank you”

“Newly remodeled house that mostly fit our needs. Start with the “needs to improve” and finish strong. Exterior of the property stills needs work - front yard needs mowing, weeding, walkway improvement and gravel driveway graded. The driveway into the garage and inside the garage needed cleaning. Still had construction trash not completely cleaned up. I found a broom and swept plus picked up nails. I wanted to park one vehicle in the garage as we had 3 vehicles and parking is tight. “The home was a perfect place to meet with friends who live far away to connect for a weekend. We intended on attending tater day festivities but they ended up being cancelled due to the monsoon level rain and storms that happened over many days. We were comfortable and safe and the home was cozy and had everything we needed to hang at the house. “My boyfriend and I stayed at Pine Ridge for a weekend in May. Everything about our stay was delightful. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing. The only issues we had were the TV and the lack of foil and containers to put left over food in. The TV just wouldn't connect to the internet. ”
