“The villa was gorgeous, and very clean. However, the power went out on me three times. One which made me miss my birthday photo shoot in Caangu. I contacted security in the middle of the night several times only to get no answer. At 5 am I walked to the booth to find the night security guard sleep on the floor( Maintenance still did not show for several hours) The day security was amazing. He made sure you were very comfortable and went above and beyond to do so. Housekeeping was also great……
