“酒店条件算是基本可以（考虑到当地的实际情况），位置算是比较繁华的地段（考虑到当地的实际情况），跟中国人的住宿习惯还是稍有差异，房间的WIFI信号不稳定”

“Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their……

“It’s a very pretty place as a whole. The patio and other common areas were well maintained and the plants made it so welcoming. It didn’t feel like we were in a city. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable with the addition of the fan to keep the room cool. It also had a small fridge. Something most places I stayed didn’t have. My only issues were the front desk staff didn’t have written down (on a log book) the reservation correctly and it didn’t coincide with what I booked……

“Happy staying there. Food is good & staff are courteous and helpful. Food range is good. Must try is their Biryani & African Chicken Stew. However, the bathroom amenities are getting a bit worn out. Still overall happy with the stay. ”
