“We had a very relaxing time in this cozy home. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. It was close enough to all the fun activities in the surrounding areas yet far enough outside the city to be quiet and relaxing. We had a lovely time here and would definitely stay again! ”

“The house is older but is very lovely. Plenty of space. A lot of extra stuff included which is nice. My only complaints was the trampoline and swing set were kind of unusable due to the overgrown grass for the whole yard and potential poison ivy around the slide. The trampoline also has a small hole in it and sits on a hill. Due to it being summers the ants were crazy on the side porch where the grill is, with ants also being in our sink. “My wife and other family members booked this property for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University. It was about a 45 minute drive from campus but SO worth it. Let me start by saying the owners are fabulous people! Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, and extremely kind. I almost had the feel that I have known them for years. Once we arrived, after traveling through a terrible storm, the home was exactly as pictured and beautiful. Everything was spotless and it looked……

“Property sits right close to the river. Sitting on the deck was wonderful for our group. We took advantage of the grill and had a wonderful family dinner. We didn’t use the tiki hut area as much as we thought , no issues with bedrooms or bathroom counts , worked out great. Good time was had by all. ”

“Unique home with a beautiful, private yard. The only drawback is the super loud traffic since it is located next to the highway.”

“As you opened the door upon entry, the feel of an old world, country home illuminated. The decor was fun & had a story to share as you looked at each piece & how it was displayed. Terrie has a knack for bringing the past with the future. The new build was that of older, recycled material giving it more of an authentic feel of the old world, as indicated. “Our family gathered for the purpose of a graduation. The property is great. It's spacious and it was nice that the two living areas allow for a bit of separation when desired.I appreciated the touches such as a selection of small packaged snacks, hygiene items, games, etc. that are available.Our stay illustrated a problem with the Internet that I'm happy to say was addressed promptly by the owner. He had them troubleshooting and a technician out to fix it there by noon the day I reported it. A……

“Need a sign pointing to the driveway of the house. GOS takes you to the wrong driveway and the occupant of that house is not very friendly. He is actually very confrontational and in happy about multiple guest turning in his driveway or at least that is what he expressed to me. ”
