“Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.”

“I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. “The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……
