“Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet.”

“Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor……

“I stayed for three nights at Bishkek Centrum and the hotel was perfectly fine. When I arrived they were suffering a power cut which apparently is not unheard of in Bishkek but I got into my room and registered later. I had a suite which was pretty good but by no means opulent. My room wasn’t cleaned one day but that was probably my fault as I didn’t hang the thing on the doorknob when i went out for the day. “The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. ”

“The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not……

“The location is convenient. The hotel is new and well equipped. They have a nice pool and different saunas, gym is also very good. I don’t like the smell of products , but this is a matter of taste. If you like verified standards-this Hotel is for you! ”
