“This property is a very good size and big enough for our party of 12. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and tables. As per the description the beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Nice beach bar and a great fish restaurant on the beach. There is also a lovely woodland walk running parallel with the beach that takes you to Monte Gordo in approximately 30 minutes. We walked easily with a pram.There is……

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. ”

“We came on holiday September 2024 as a family of 9 guests. When booking the Villa we thought the pictures and write up looked great for our needs. But the Villa was even more impressive than the photos could portray. Very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms well spaced out across the Villa and lots of social areas, so we never felt cramped. The games room was a bonus and even with 9 of us in there did not feel cramped. The outside area was beautiful with flowers, grass areas. The swimming pool……

“We spent a weekend with family and friends in this wonderful villa. It's in a quiet location, a 10-minute drive from the beach and restaurants. It was fully equipped, and each room had its own bathroom. Even though it wasn't summer, the pool was ready for swimming, and our children really enjoyed it. Great for relaxing. ”

“The property is right on the Portugal/Spain border which was what we were looking for to allow trips within both countries. It is located beside a Golf Course, a short drive from Ayamonte. The house was filled with just about anything you could need for the trip and had some of the basic essentials (spices, etc..) so you did not need to buy these for your stay. We had some pretty wild weather during our week which did some damage to the fence, but they came and temporarily repaired it right away……

“Alles einwandfrei. 5 Sterne. D. Vânia und Sr. Luís sehr zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. D. Vânia ein Herzensmensch. Haus sauber, tadellos! Sehr viele Mücken, da Naturschutzgebiet. “We had an great stay at this beautiful house in Manta Rota. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the stunning beach and local restaurants. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a spatious outdoor area including a rooftop terrace. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday by the sea!”

“The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao……

“Hervorragende Lage, ideal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht! Die Ausstattung ist funktional und sehr gemütlich. Ein wenig Investitionen in Renovierungen wären sinnvoll.Fazit: Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort für einen Urlaub. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es perfekt sein.”

“The property was: clean, sunny, comfortable, and exactly as listed. For Americans used to street signs and wider roads, finding the house will be easier if you think of the street as an alley or drive. If uou plan to use the washer, be sure to get directions; we needed a bit of help with the hieroglyphics. Written directions in English world have been a bonus. But, again, we are just not familiar with EU appliances. There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just a block down from the drive. ”
