“The loft is clean, beautiful, and well-furnished. The building is old so there is some natural wear and tear but that only adds to the charm. The soundproofing is okay, not terrible, but you can hear other guests walking up the stairs and some minimal noise from the street. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and small appliances, but the stovetops are quite worn and the teapot is badly rusted. The house itself is from anothwr era, the massive doors to huge bedrooms and living spaces makes this a great home to have friends come over. The dining room seats 14 easily!
