“Excellent location just a half block from the bustling Alberta Arts neighborhood. Steps to many excellent independently owned restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. Having a driveway to park in is a major benefit if you have vehicles, as street parking is almost nonexistent. Bus line is 1/2 block away if you don’t have a car. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths was plenty for our group of 6. ”

“Just what we wanted: a spacious amount of room for 4 people, an unusual location while still convenient to Portland, and a responsive host. It's more "house" than "boat," but it's located on a pretty little stretch of water with a small current. We loved watching the geese family, heron and beaver across the way. We weren't expecting train tracks to be so close, or the trains so plentiful, but it soon added to the charm of the place. Access is easy, with one reserved parking spot. Others living……

“Really beautiful space. Set up well for 1-2 with a basic kitchenette (wouldn’t be surprised if this gets upgraded- the rest is VERY modern). Modern/effective dehumidifier - super necessary for the dampness of the area at times. The neighborhood is precious and safe. The BEST part is the beautiful shower space to wash off your local hike, bike, adventure. You’re close to EVERYTHING and never feel like you’re “in the city”. This is truly a gem in Portland and I’m so thankful I was able to really……
