“Loved everything about this stay except the breakfast. The options were plentiful but all the items that were supposed to be hot were warm/cold with no option to heat up items via a microwave. ”

I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation.”
