“Everything was great! I did call front desk for more creamer and no one ever came to our room. My family and I were just traveling for leisure and their most exciting moment was going to the pool that was very cold. Otherwise every employee we did encounter was very nice and helpful!”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! It was absolutely beautiful. Such a unique and relaxing place. It nestled on the river and had gardens representing different countries surrounding it. It was very quiet and nostalgic yet had all the personal amenities needed. Plus the steam shower was incredible. Best anniversary ever!”

“Hidden Gem is the best way to describe this property! Location is great, easy parking, room was comfortable, good shower pressure and it drained too! Morning STAFF (Female) was kind, friendly & super helpful - breakfast was perfect for getting on the road early.. “The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our only problem was that the bed was very uncomfortable. I battle with sciatica and I needed to take tylonol to get to sleep. My wife doesn't have that problem and she also complained. ”

“The self check-in process was a bit unclear. We were fortunate to see someone near the property who knew the owner. He called and was able to relay better info on how to access the room we'd reserved. When we entered the room across the hall had it's door ajar and the distinct aroma of marijuana was emitting from within. So a little disconcerting as Wis is not "legal" yet. The room we had was clean and well appointed for the most part. Certainly unique with many upgrades. It would be better……
