“We are 4 women in our eighties who have been friends since grade school. We take an annual 4 day trip each summer. This year we wanted to learn about the Driftless area of southern MN and WI. The mansion in La Crosse was the perfect home base for exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay at the Cargill-Pettibone mansion. Lots of room and nice accommodations. We would definitely recommend it to a larger group. ”

If I were planning a stay with kids, this would be a perfect spot for them to play outside and explore. Our entire group appreciated quiet coffee on the deck watching the wildlife. Great spot!
