“El hotel acogedor, bueno y las áreas limpias, lo que no me gusto: deberían limpiar las habitaciones todos los días o colocar suficientes toallas y papel sanitario en las habitaciones. Solo tuvimos una toalla por persona para toda una semana, hubo que pedir papel sanitario en dos ocasiones y el desayuno considero debería ser más temprano, todo lo demás estuvo excelente. ”
“I’m well traveled and have never written a hotel review. But the staff and experience were so great I feel inclined to do so. I’m from the USA and found all front desk staff members English to be exceptional and it was extremely helpful as most Columbian speak little to no English. The room was better than pictured and the furnished balcony was more than worth the small upgrade charge. Daily room cleaning is offered if you would like, or you can just request towels and a quick bed sheet change……
