“The Staff in all areas is very friendly and do their best to provide great service. For instance, the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating on our dietary needs, since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy products. Since the day we visit it was breakfast buffet, they helped us to cook some eggs for us to avoid cross contamination. The only thing that we noticed is that the hotel is could be a little noisy, as is quite close to the main street. (which at the same time is convenient……

“Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. “This hotel is directly on busy street with a lot of trucks and buses coming day and night. So noice is disturbing. Additional problem: the restaurant. They just don’t know how to cook. We made an error by having a dinner there: the meet was oversalted and the fish was like rubber. ”

“Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lits double avec balcon vue sur les montagnes. Notre chambre avait 1 lit double et 2 lits superposés, aucune fenêtre ni balcon, et le dessus de notre porte n'était pas fermé donc on entend tous les bruits de l'hotel et de la ruelle.. C'est plus comme une auberge de jeunesse. L'air commune est très bien, belle vue, hamacs, 2 balcons. En pleine ville.”
