“I stayed at Travelers New Orleans between March 2-March 5, 2005 during Mardi Gras. It reminded of a hostel with a private room with a full bathroom. It has a common kitchen, a common area and code entry to the building and the room. It was in a decent location of the "Garden District" about a 20-minute walk from the tourist areas of Bourdon Street and the French Quarter. It was only a few block from the parade route, and close to a pickup for the street car. The only recommendation I have is to……

“I stayed here for a bachelorette party with friends and the location was very convenient for walk to Magazine or quick car ride around the city. The house comfortably held everyone. ”

“Such a quaint and beautiful property just an hour away from New Orleans. Claudette was an incredible host with all the knowledge of places to eat, things to see and adventures to go on! The St Charles streetcar is just a block away, so you can park your rental car and ride to the French Quarter and elsewhere. “The Garden District B&B is an excellent location for a stay in New Orleans. It is in a great area for local shops and restaurants. It is only a short streetcar ride from the French quarter. Ray the host is super friendly. It is set in an old building but do not let that put you off as the rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable. ”
