“Let’s just start by saying the communication between VRBO and Hosteeva to the guest needs much improvement. This was my first time using VRBO and I will not do it again. The unit was owned by Hosteeva but we rented through VRBO and paid the VRBO service fee. However - every time we had a facility question - our question was sent from VRBO to Hosteeva and then Hosteeva response was blocked by VRBO. Instead, we would receive an email asking if we were happy with our response. The answer was always……

“Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. ”

“Pros: Our stay was very nice. The property was very well-kept. The check in process was seamless. Parking is somewhat limited. My family was very comfortable. Everyone had a space of their own. Cons: Cleaning fee was a tad high, considering that the property was dusty and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The same can be said abt the patio. There was a termite infestation which left a dirt mound on one of the window ledges and dead termites on the floor.”

“Large apartment with comfy beds and furniture - central location in a walkable neighborhood with easy drives to many points of interest. Major construction on the block but not disruptive and street parking was available less than half a block away.”

“The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”

“Decent on the inside. But there was unsavory activity going on across the street. Broken Concrete everywhere, Not a safe place to park a vehicle.The side entrance with the gate was also a hazard. The lock was not working, after dark anyone could've been hiding back there. homeless people were around the dumpsters. It was very shady after dark . I would not recommend staying here with your family”

“Comfortable - Condo is well-equipped. Everything one might expect and more (e.g., filtered water).Clean - Would pass the white glove test with flying colors.Convenient - Easy streetcar access, grocery just across the street, @ 10 min walk to restaurants/shops on Magazine St. Parking spot right next to condo, although we did not drive anywhere and visited the French Quarter, the zoo, City Park, several cemeteries, WWII museum, and more. A new adventure everyday day, then returned to a cool,……

“This property was overall very nice and comfortable. Very spacious and the outdoor balcony/sitting area was very inviting until the rains showed up. We enjoyed our stay. The proximity of restaurants and the streetcar line made it more convenient. I will recommend this property to others.”
