“All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. So much yet to discover so will definitely be returning in the near future. Love the vide at the hotel, thank you for making our stay a wonderful……

“Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!”

“Logement grand et central mais pas de chauffage dans la maison pas très bien isolée thermiquement : le soir il fait froid même en avril bien qu il y ait un chauffage d appoint dans chaque chambre ; cuisine pratique et bien équipée ”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! ”

“Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing.”

“The location is excellent for tourist. Clean and tidy. Room allocated up to our expectation with excellent breakfast. Staff are helpful and efficiency. ”

“Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package. ”
