“We found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained. “Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.”

“Die Unterkunft liegt im malerischen Dorf von Koutouloufari etwa 1.5 km vom Strand von Chersonisoss entfernt. Wer den Berg nicht laufen möchte sollte sich einen Mietwagen nehmen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön aber für Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahren nicht geeignet da viele Treppen vorhanden sind. Für mich als Frau hätte ich mich sehr gefreut wenn man mir wie sonst üblich in anderen Unterkünften beim Koffertragen geholfen hätte. Dies ist aber der einzigste Minuspunkt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall……

“Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment……
