“The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. ”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”

“House was very clean and cozy. Owner was very responsive and in a timely manner.Didn't have outdoor seating as pictured. Remodel is very pretty. Left little guest bags for us.Mix up about the bathrooms. It is 1.5 not 2. Since that was my search feature I was very disappointed. Joseph was apologetic and very polite. Lacked a few desired items: extra blankets (plenty of towels!), hooks in living room and bedroom, an iron and ironing board. Little things that I'm sure will be rectified with time. ……

“Great views galore with sun and water. House was as advertised. We had 5 people in our group and was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. Very nice area and was peaceful. Stores and restaurants were close by. Definitely recommend staying here.”
