“在苏梅岛8天入住4个酒店！最差的！入住两天！第一天中午隔壁安装空调！一直忍受，最后还是其他老外的客人过来投诉说他们在午休才停止，第二天更遭，吃完晚饭回到酒店，房间的空调坏了，结了厚厚一层冰，酒店工作人员维修到晚上11点！室外比室内还凉快，第一天入住，下水就堵了，自己用手清除了地漏的沉积才能勉强下水！请问，同样一天800多的房间，为什么是这种档次，比后三家差的太多了，真纳闷怎么得的这么高的评分！订房30余次，第一次差评！”

“The view is breathtaking, a very large swimming pool with sea view. A first to have your own cinema room in your house. Very well located at the bottom of the mountain next to the golf course, no problem for taxis, tuk tuks. we were very well received by the manager. Stay at the top.”

“when we checked in on the first day, we had to request hairdryer and boiler from the front desk. No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. Nice porch and good breakfast.”

“The apartment was in run down area. A first they tried to make us pay 5bath per kw for hydro…However the owner was there on the last day to straighten that issue out. Took almost a week to get a water cooler. Had to recycle our water bottles in the fridge constantly to have cold drinking water. The AC barely worked as the gas needed recharging… Asked the staff to fix it but nothing was actually done to fix the AC… Room was uncomfortably hot all the time….”

“Nice place to stay in Lamai. Located a little north from Lamai centre, which makes it more quiet. But still walking distance to everything. The beach is nice with a charming pier and small fishing boats. The pier even got an outdoor gym!! Pool is great. The pool restaurant is perfect, serving tasty lunches, dinners, and even a small but very tasty breakfast! The villas are really great. Spacious and well maintained. Only down side is the lack of a decent shower at the villas. There is a shower……
