“Very convenient for overnight stay before a procedure at Baystate Hospital as it is directly across the street. We live an hour away and were required to check in at 5:30 am. We set our phone alarm for 5 am and were on time! We would have had to get up at 3:30 am otherwise!”

“Absolutely the best stay ever. Room was set up clean and convenient. Bed most comfortable. I left too early in the morning at 5:30am so I could not sample the Breakfast, but the coffee was brewed fresh. Shuttle to airport was flawless and I was able to schedule a pickup when I checked in.”

“We had a 1 night stay here. Parking lot was full and I was given permission by night staff to park in one of the 'handicap' spots. It was quiet for sleeping even with a full house. The free breakfast was OK with the usual coffee, bagels, muffins, eggs, etc. There's a Cracker Barrel behind and restaurants across the street if needed.All in all it was good and I'd stay again.”
