“Can I just say that this was one of the best properties .The check-in woman was friendly, accommodating, entered the room it was so clean. The only issue I have was the bathroom around the tub. There was mold, but everything else was just perfect all the staff from the check-in staff to the checkout staff. Superb and went beyond their way to make our trip amazing ”
“Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield……
