“Room was clean. The only thing that was not great was the position of the TV in the room. On side of the bed instead of adjacent to the wall. Was hard to watch while in bed. But loved the shower ”

“Hotel was right down the street from MGM. Perfect place to stay if going to the casino. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Be mindful of area events and that a lot of people who stay at casino do come here after. It was loud at 2-4am with music and constant people in hallway. Didn't sleep good because of this. Not fault of hotel just the location and people coming from where ever they were for the night. You are in the city. ”

“The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to……
“All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a "better" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.”
