“I don’t like this place. They are friendly but I don’t like it. ”

“To avoid checking in at midnight, we needed early check-in. All great with check in and I forgot my printed tix to go to Big E AND Train concert. Santori (sp?) helped with all and set us up beautifully. Thanks for everything Great location and wonderful service--all the rest good as one expects- clean, a breakfast that meet the needs of lo carbers and syrup lovers alike, endless coffee, etc, etc. All with nice smiles and care. Good spot!”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”
