“Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Location was where I needed it to be. Renovation was going on, which meant I had to go up 2 floors on the elevator to find a working ice machine. Pool is not as attractive in person as it is in the photo.”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”

“In the same area as a few restaurants and the Basketball Hall of Fame. Walking distance to the Casino and other restaurants in the area. Also right next to the highway.”

“The room was nice, the sliding door to the bathroom needed to be repaired, the carpets seemed new and the elevators had paint on them, looks like they were doing some painting some where. The pool was out of service, but was told we could go next door and use that pool. ”

“Front desk manager in the afternoon/evening on all three days was super friendly and helpful! Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and one particular cleaning staff member was very friendly! She was cleaning on the 4th floor. Only complaint is the regular coffee was “out” in the morning on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you ”
