“Host was rude to my friend when she simply asked him if she could put her suitcase in the room before the check-in time so she wouldn’t have to haul it around with her for 2 hours. (She Uber’d to the house)”

“I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep.……

“This property has several bungalows. We made our reservation 5 months in advance. Based on the unit pictures we assumed we would be staying in that particular bungalow. Upon check in, we were given a key to a very small, no ocean view room. Misrepresentation by VRBO, that was disappointing! The Manager worked his magic and we were able to move to a larger, ocean view bungalow. It had recently been renovated and was lovely.”
