“Our family of 10, including 4 granddaughters ages 4-8, enjoyed staying in this Dana Point home. The host responded to our communications in a timely manner and was present when my son and his family arrived. He provided relevant information about the house and was very friendly. The house is as described. The bedrooms on the middle floor permitted my son and daughter and their spouses to be on the same level as the 4 girls while we stayed on the lower level in the very large primary suite. The……

“I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep.……
