“We loved staying in the house. We were traveling with another family and our kids loved running around and exploring the area. House has pretty much everything you need and there's a general store really close. State park is practically next door and worth exploring. Big Bend NP is not too far either. I highly recommend this property and communication with the owners was really good and helpful too. Thanks! ”

They desperately need a LIGHTED sign. Had to call them to get the door access code. The no potable water threw me at first, but they provided bottled water, so it really wasn't an issue. ”

“Nice and quiet ”

“Loved the property. The beds were very comfortable, the location was a bit out of town but a short 5 minute drive to Terlingua. We loved setting up our camp chairs outside each night and stargazed. We had a wonderful time, thank you.”

“The noise from the HWY terrible, The bright lights from vehicles approaching the cabin was really annoying because they were very close and was so hard to view the night sky You are not able to sleep with the curtains open because of the same vehicle bright lights. ”

“Great location for visiting the park. House is unique while still having all the amenities. I like the big porch and fenced in yard. House was comfy and everything worked well. Kids were happy with the internet ”

Its location is on a dry creek bed facing a mountain and the sunsets were awe inspiring. The view of the night sky full of stars was a real treat. "The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this place. "
