“My stay at the cottage was exactly what I needed, it’s an updated beachy vibe and excellent use of every space including some rainy day puzzles and books! The small fenced in yard was perfect for the furry family members, and you cant beat the location, such a close walk to the beach, and just far enough away from the busy OOB hustle! Would definitely stay again! ”

“Such a cute place to stay and our dogs loved having an area to run out back. We spent time in Freeport, Kennebunkport, and York and this was a nice home base that was secluded compared to other locations, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The house was clean, and well-organized. Linens were ample and we had a great time. Only suggestion would be stocking the kitchen with some spices and more plates and bowls in the kitchen for cooking.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in this property in Saco. Everything was as advertised. The property was neat and clean. The owners thought of everything. Lots of sundry items as may be needed while away from home. Communication with the owners was excellent! They were very responsive and timely. Check in and check out was a very easy process. The property is very close to the school where our grandsons attend. Also, there are coffee shops and restaurants all walking distance from the……

“The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here. ”

“Very nice week. Ground floor layout was very good. Master bedroom was very noisy. There is a plumbing problem in the bottom floor bathroom. Lower bedroom floor needed to be cleaned. Outside decks needed a lot of attention before they could be used. Firepit was excellent. Gas grill needs to be replaced and also ran out of fuel. Great beech and dock. Overall we had a great visit. ”

“We had a blast staying at Laura’s place in Saco! It was such a gorgeous Victorian house and close to great restaurants, breweries and more! We took the quick drive to Old orchard beach for a little while as well. We had plenty of room for our group and loved the pool table and game room. Laura was an excellent host with quick responses if need. Had a seamless check in and out experience and an overall fantastic time! ”
